Karat Earth by Lollicup paper hot cups are a bio-based, Earth-friendly alternative to traditional polystyrene cups and most importantly they perform just as well. Made from renewable, plant-based resources, including the moisture-proof Ingeo PLA lining. Ingeo PLA is made from corn, grown right here in the U.S. and is what makes these cups compostable. A definite advantage over standard hot cups made with a plastic liner, which are neither compostable or recyclable.

These cups are certified by the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI) as 100% compostable in a municipal or commercial composting facility.
